I like Chicken and Teaching BOOM

As per usual every other Wednesday we headed to the Lorenz house for a meal and socializing.
On alternating weeks they come to our house.

On the way we stopped by Mc D’s for a happy meal of chicken chunks, apples and juice.
Many times we would get chicken chunks and Damien was not interested, other times he would just chew them and spit them out and place them in various areas in the car. So the current rule is NOT to feed Damien in the car.

Well Damien wanted chicken today. There was a constant cries of “chicken, chicken, chicken”, “chicken please”, and the ever popular “chicken mine”, from Damien. These cries started even before the happy meal was in the vehicle, and they continued for the next ten minutes. After that the next ten minutes were filled with similar peas but replace the word “chicken” with “apple”. Then for the remainder of our trip replace “apple” with “fries”. Though for awhile we were not sure what Damien wanted, as it sounded like “fwlys”

Once we were there Sergey was placed in the safety of the pack and play, while Alex and Damien played in the living and dinning rooms. At one point Alex decided to include Sergey in the fun, and gently dropped a stuffed animal into the pack and play so it would land near Sergey. Damien was quick to shoe him the error of his ways; taking the next stuffed animal from Alex, he said “no”. Then Damien raised the stuffed toy up high, and threw it at Sergey, who was laying on his tummy, and aimed for his head. He missed, which is good, and then he turned to Alex with a proud smile and said “BOOM”. “No more boom” I said. Then the two went off to torment their mommies.

THE END
